AM: 6 miles around GP
PM: 8 miles on the Ridgeline Trail in Eugene. Still trying to get used to running while carrying water. Had a lot of fun tonight.
11 miles in Eugene along Pre's Trail. Left knee felt like it took a step backward after last nights trail run. Seemed to go away after the first few miles but never got to where it was 100%.
7 miles with Dad and Jill. Nice and easy...
13 miles, 8 of which were on the trails @ Cathedral Hills. Next week is the big race...
