Legs still feels jacked and hurts to walk. So I rode the bike this morning for the first time in 8 years? 11 miles, it was boring, and I don't feel like I got anything close to a good workout.
Chickfila and Target north. Then my right calf cramped up on me and despite stretching and walking, it didn't loosen up. It's felt blah ever since Saturday so I just called it quits and called home for a ride.
Chickfila, Target North and Fred Meyer. Still sore... I've turned into an old man or something.
Chickfila and back. Still a little sick. And tired. But not sick & tired.
HP and back. Short run today because 1) slightly sore from Saturday, 2) it's my kids birthday, 3) I slept in.
