9 miles in Boise. I started my run just after 6 on somewhat dry roads and by the time I finished, it was a blizzard with white-out conditions. In order to stay off the roads (and sidewalks already covered in snow) I ran loops around Costco and the movie theater across the street. Boring...but safe.
Solid run. Ran west for 7.5 miles, then returned on the backroads. Easy 10 miles and then increased the pace the final 5 (6:25, 6:16, 6:15, 5:42, 5:25). Feels really good to push the pace...I need to do it more often.
