AM: 4 miles in GP. First run in a week. In a serious funk right now when it comes to running. Low motivation to say the least...

PM: 6 miles on the hotel treadmill in Eugene. It was pouring all day long (something like 3 inches in the past 24 hours) and I wasn't going to battle the elements.

I ran east into Fruitdale and looped around various streets before coming home. Then some hiking in Cathederal Hills with the family and then turkey, games, family and friends.

10 miles on a Black Friday tradition....running past all the stores and seeing how busy they are. Walmart was nothing like last night, but Fred Meyer and JCP was pretty full. Good times. Downtown, where all the mom and pop shops are, was a ghost town. Perhaps people are just waiting for small business Saturday.

12.5 miles to the east of town. I couldn't go until 10:30 or so due to kid duty while the wife went shopping. By then my time was limited because I needed to get back in time to watch the Cival War. Bummer the Beavers couldn't beat the Ducks... Why anyone likes Chip Kelly is beyond me.
