Drove to Forrest Park for a trail run. The first 6 miles were kind of blah until I found the Wildwood trail and then things became more enjoyable. The final two miles or so my right hip gave me troubles. Frustrating...

the myrtal routine has worked wonders for my hip. Also if the hammy is tight it'll make those hips have issues. try sitting on the edge of the counter or on a fence pole or something and really putting pressure on the hammy. Working it back and forth. The combo of the two methods have really helped me... I ended up buying a wooden sawhorse to sit on and work the hammy everyday before doing the hip routine.

Thanks for the tips and video link. I have tried most of them and it seems to have helped. Fingers crossed that we both can put the nagging pain behind us.
