Lacamas trail this morning in a new pair of shoes. I didn't love them at first but after a while, they seemed ok. If it's flat or uphill they're great, but feel a bit sloppy on the downhill.

PM: 8 miles in Bend. Ran on the trails at Shevlin Park. I’m falling in love with trail running.

To highway 14 then Prune Hill up/down into downtown Camas. Turned around and came back the same direction. Just under 2,000 ft elevation climb and drop.
