7 miles on the treadmill in Pendleton. Mentally it was a challenge to get some miles this morning, especially on the treadmill. My legs felt pretty good despite the big miles yesterday. Home tonight.

Dave- My shoes are just the Adidas Boston running shoe. I got them about 12 months ago and they're just ok. I've thought about getting the Adizeros--good to hear the positive recommendation.

They are good light weight and have a very quick feel to them (if you like Adidas stuff)
