My leg felt like junk last night. I was depressed. Ate all sorts of junk food (I can't believe I've turned into one of those people!). When I woke up this morning, it hurt just to walk around the house....ever.single.step. Blah. Around 3 it felt better (a ton) so I thought I'd jog around the neighborhood and stop the instant it hurt. Made it just under 5 miles and called it good. 2 more weeks before a marathon. Not the ideal taper... |
