I ran to the Walker's home and then 4.5 miles with my dad.  It's always enjoyable to have someone to run with, especially when it's my dad.  A few more miles back home after running to Bear Creek Park and home via Barnett.  I think these shoes are ready to retire.

Great start to the week! Pretty cool to run with your dad - I lost mine over 40 years ago and would give anything to "have a run" with him. I see you're training for Eugene. Me too. Good luck. :)

Good luck to you and your training as well! It looks like the Eugene course will be pretty favorable for a fast time. I'll be anxious to follow your training until May 3rd!
