My goal for the week is 100 miles.  The most I've ever done is 90 (twice, last week and in April) but I've never hit the century mark.  If all goes well, this is the week I"ll join the elusive club.

A.M.  Fun run this morning.  I ran to Providence Hospital and north on Biddle to the airport.  I then jumped on a bike path that went from the airport to Costco.  The path would make for an awesome 5K as it's pancake flat next to the runway.  Next I ran north for less than 1 mile on Crater Lake Highway, turned around and went south past Costco and to the Walkers and home via North Phoenix Highway.  Enjoyable run due to the new route and pleasant weather.

Cumulus (220)

P.M. Easy loops around Albertsons, RVMC, and St. Mary's.  Also 1 mile around the track with 20 push ups after each quarter and 1 mile on the Manor dead end street

If I may ask, approximately how many hours of running time will 100 miles take? (Slow me trying to figure out the handicap equivalent...lol)

Snoqualmie- I'm not sure but basically it would be:

Today I ran for 3:16 and hit a quarter of the weeks miles. If I do that 3 more times then I'm at just over 13 hours. Seems about right as I generally do my easy runs @ 7:00-7:20 pace.

It's WAY too much time on the roads when I could be doing many more productive things. The plan is to reach 100 miles just this once and then lower to total to a more reasonable total. ;)
