Felty great this morning. Dare I say that my foot is back to normal? Now I've just got to get used to getting up in time to put in a few more miles.

Ran into downtown and the HS before returning home the same route.  Foot felt good once again.  4 runs in a row with no pain.

Ran around the bay to the East in Coos Bay. Foot felt fantastic. On again, off again it seems.

Ran west towards the college and kept it flat. Foot felt so-so but I managed. Found $1.66 and then karma got me another $8.05 from a nice guy at Safeway. I ran just over 11 miles before returning home and changing into my Newtons and running a couple in them.
