| | I'm still not 100% but I'm getting closer. I think one more night of decent sleep and I'll finally kick this sickness. I ran the bike path loop through Phoenix in some pretty heavy rain and wind. Not the best conditions but at least it wasn't snow. Boston (25)

4 miles to the Walker's, 4 miles with my Dad and 4 miles back home. Still slightly sick but better than I've felt in DAYS. I'll say I'm @ 93%. White (345)

I'm very happy with my run today for two reasons; 1) I finally feel healthy in what seems like forever, and 2) I hit a couple decent times when I picked up the pace. I ran south past Home Depot to Phoenix and then 2.5 miles south on the river trail to the Talent intersection. After 7 miles I turned around and returned the same way, running tempo miles @ 8 (5:59), 10 (5:42) and 12 (5:07). I'm most pleased with the final mile as most of it was uphill on North Phoenix past Centennial Golf Course and Albertsons. I guess being sick the past week and missing a couple days of running didn't hurt me too bad. I can't wait to race the Pear Blossom. Y2 (139)

| | Golf course and St. Mary's loop, plus a little more at the end. A little rain this morning, as well as some wind. Glad I had some gloves. White (353)

| | I decided to do my long run today instead of Saturday. I ran around Albertsons and south past Home Depot, then along the rolling hills of east Phoenix to Talent. I jumped on the river trail and continued south past the Talent Wal-Mart until I'd gone 8.5 miles. The time running out was 1:01:39 for a 7:15/mile average. I turned around took the same route back, this time running in 1:01:21 for a 7:13/mile average. I love this route and will continue to run it because of the great hills and little traffic. Fun run with my dad this morning along the Bear Creek Pathway. We started near the dog park and ran 4 miles north past the northern-most Medford freeway exit, then back the same way. Easy pace, good company, nice weather, enjoyable run. This was my highest weekly total ever.
