8.1 miles on the Lacamas Trail. Nice and soft...need to get out here more.
Ran Wells loop to 1st, then back past Costco and 192nd, then south to QFC and back home. Felt suprisingly good. Rough night with fireworks all night and up with a sick wife around midnight.
AM: 5.5 miles, early before a flight.
PM: 3.5 miles in Boise. Treadmill @ hotel.
Hotel treadmill. Only got 5 hours of sleep after staying up way too late to watch Enders Game. A bit tired this morning.
Neighborhood
164th to frontage road, north to church, east to Lacamas swim/sport, then home. Hit a couple Strava segments along the way.
