I've ran more this time around, but not by as much as I thought.  I don't follow any plan, but perhaps I should?  I've ran more doubles, more days with 20+ miles, as well as more 20+ mile runs on Saturday's.  Lastly, I've shortened my taper this time around.  Hopefully all these things add up to a good race.  We'll see...
