I left the house about 6 and ran the 11 miles to where the ward was camping last night.  The young men were in charge of breakfast so I got there in time to help cook a feast of pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, and orange juice.  Not a bad breakfast after a Saturday run.  Not healthy in the least, but what are you gonna do?  My wife brought a change of clothes and we spent the rest of the morning playing games and having a good time.

Pancakes, bacon, sausage, and eggs sounds perfectly healthy to me. Heck, maybe we should call that the 4 breakfast food groups.

Dude, I've never seen so much butter used to cook bacon. Once the bacon was cooked, I've never seen so much butter/grease used to cook eggs and pancakes. It was nuts! A breakfast like that every once in a while cant hurt, right?
