Bend Highway was the course, straight out from our apartment door. It was a great run where I felt strong the entire run. The highway was a good mix of rolling hills the entire way. I took water at 2.5, 5, 7, 10 (plus powergel), and 12. I got cramps after the drinks, but my body will adapt. All my long runs between now and the marathon I want between 6:20 and 6:25, so this was right on. I'm excited for more training. Total Time: 1:35:08 Pace: 6:21 Cumulus 8 (orange) |
