After not running for 2.5 weeks, I felt like......BLAH. But that's to be expected. It felt like I was running for the first time in 6 months! My body has felt trashed since the Portland marathon and in addition, I've had a pain in the ball of my right foot as well. The issue in my foot is still there, but after overeating the past 10+ days, I was dying for a run. |
