12 miles around the Tigard HS loop. I ran 6 tempo miles and my lower abs didn't love it. I've got to do better at stretching each day.

Dave- Yeah, 2 weeks back there was a xc race that I did in spikes--problem was 50% of the course was on pavement/asphalt. It felt like I was running with rocks in my shoes and my foot hurt worse a couple days later. Seems to no longer be an issue though...
Clyde- It tasted good at the time but 3 hours later it was torture. Looks like we both have been having food/gut issues, eh?
