5 easy miles to warm up, ending at SUU's track for a speed workout. The plan was 10x400m with a 400m jog between each. The rest intervals seemed too much, so I cut them back to a 200m jog (between 90-100 seconds). Goal was 70 on each and splits were as follows: I wanted to do some barefoot running but it was simply to cold, especially with the rain we got last night. Instead, did another easy 3 miles around town.
