Pool running/swimming and I'm glad I went. I considered studying for a test instead, but who needs to study? - 20 laps in 20:50, run 1 lap, freestyle 1 lap, every other one
- 20 laps in 13:10, mix of freestyle and breaststroke, every other one
- 2 laps freestyle to cool down
My legs feel great today, so a few miles Friday and then 13 or so on Saturday. |
