The rule of thumb is it takes a day per race mile to fully recover. Looks like you're feeling better and getting over your post-race funk

Yeah, I was getting pretty frustrated in mid December when I still wasn't recovered. Christmas Day was the day I said to my wife that I finally feel 100%, physically and mentally.
Feels good to be back in a groove. Trying to not take it for granted...
