10.5 miles on a crisp New Jersey morning.  Ran from hotel to corporate office, then across to the mall and ran 2 laps, then returned the same route.  Not a bad start to the day.  Hopefully a few more tonight.

5 more miles tonight after work.  I skipped the treadmill and went out on the roads.  Similar route as this morning but with much more traffic.  Not cool.

You're missing the "heat wave." But we're quite wet as well. Travel safely!

Thanks Snoqualmie! I'd take a little heat right about now--it hasn't gotten over 35 the past 2 days.

Dave- In New Jersey for 3 days of work. Back to Oregon on Friday.
