Modified hospital loop.  I ran across the freeway and then a loop behind the hospital, then home the same way.  Pretty good course for hills but it's sort of a pain to cross through town and over the freeway.

River trail.  Pro: away from traffic, portion on wood-chip trail.  Con: many turns, hard to get into a rhythm, garmin worthless. It's good for a couple runs per week though.

Decent loop that I'll run again.  I climbed Boones Ferry Rd and took a left after the HS.  Followed the road to 65th and north to the hospital.  Looped behind the hospital and then home over the freeway.  Lots of hills but not much of a shoulder. 

Legs feeling good as I continue to increase weekly mileage and I'm happy to be running again.
