Ran to the west of town. Had to run early before the Evergreen breakfast.
Just over 8 miles in GP this morning.
Just under 7 miles in Coos Bay, then Thai for dinner.
Ran up to the North freeway exit and back via Hawthorne.
8 miles around GP this morning. I ran through Fruitdale, then south for a bit before returning home via Redwood Highway.
Ran to the north freeway exit, the to Walmart and home. Felt good for the first 14.5 but the last half mile my right hip/hamstring tightened up pretty good. I'm getting old...
