Timbers, Dog Park, HP. Foot feels close to 100%. Felt a little funky for the first mile or so, but then no problems. Grateful that it wasn't worse.
Fred Meyer and then HP where I ran 1 mile barefoot. Then 1.5 miles with Ryan in his bike and the others for .5 miles.
AM: 6.7 miles to Chickfila, Target north and movies.
PM: 4 miles while my car was serviced.
MVHS and North Target.
Mill Plain to Safeway and Church, then along the frontage road to 164th and home.
Chickfila to Union HS and home.
