1 mile warm up followed by 3x800m, then 800m cool down.
I was aiming for 2:20 on each, but didn't quite make it. Splits were:
Racquetball
3 mile tempo with 1 mile easy before and after. I felt good and the weather is finally warming up--it was 34 degrees! I felt good, although a little tired from yesterdays racquetball. Splits were:
