Course was the back-roads to the north, through the farmlands.  I felt good and strong today.  I was a little weak there at the end, but I was fine.  I probably could have used some Gatorade or something.

I felt great, but I'm done with these shoes.  They feel like trash.

Today called for a Tempo run, but my body didn't want to cooperate.  Sadly, I think I was a little worn out from yesterday's racquetball.  That's ridiculous.....
