Pool running this morning. So far, my best workout in the water. - 10 laps in 14:59 (warm up)
- 10 laps in 13:15 (every other lap high intensity)
- 10 laps in 13:10 (2 laps easy, 2 laps high intensity until 8, then 9 easy and 10 hard)
- 4 laps in about 8 minutes (1 lap easy, 1 lap no arms) x 2
I checked my heart rate after lap 20 and 30. Both times it was 150-160ish. Not too bad... the lifeguards probably think I'm nuts.
