Lots of snow last night made for a very wet/slushy run, but it was fun anyway. The plan was 5x1000m repeats on the track, so I started out with an easy 3 miles to warm up. Just as I was starting my first interval.......I got kicked off by the track team. Bummer. I ran over to the high school to see if it was cleared off (it wasn't), so I called it a day and ran home. I thought about doing hills instead, but I need to get these legs moving, so speed work is postponed until tomorrow. Sinster (21)
