Loop toward the HS and back. Nearly hit by a car when running across a street in the crosswalk. I've been running 24 years and this was the closest to ever being hit. Came within 1-2 feet of me. My pulse went sky high and it took me another 4 miles to cool off.

Glad you are okay. I have had a number of close calls and it is hard not to get insanely ticked off given that it feels like someone is trying to assault you.

It was crazy...I had the right of way, in a crosswalk, with walk sign on. The guy was turning left and didn't see me at all, despite my reflective gear. In the moment, I wanted to retaliate in the worst way. Insanely ticked is a perfect description. I was furious and said some things I shouldn't have.
