Good run this morning.  Past Providence hospital and to Cotsco, bike path near the airport runway to the mall, then home via Jackson and past St. Mary's.  I felt good the entire way, both physically and mentally.  I hope it stays that way.  I need to sign up for a race.  That always helps keep me going...

Anything! :) I just seem to train better when it's for a race in the future. I'd actually like to find a 5K sometime soon and try to lower my PR but we'll see...
