Foot pain from yesterday was multiplied today.  I don't know what happened.  I had pain on the top of my left foot when I stood up after dinner on Monday night.  I figured I'd just sat weird and it would go away by morning.  As far as I could tell it did because I have zero pain unless I'm running.  I iced last night and everything seemed to be doing okay, but today's run was brutal.  My stride was totally off and it felt more like a limp at times.

Frustrating...

Bummer! Take care. (Are you broiling down there?)

Bummer is right! I can't remember my last injury so I guess I'm due for one. They're never fun though, eh?!

The weather has been BRUTAL. 108 yesterday and our air conditioner broke. It was 87 inside our house last night at 10 pm. I heard Seattle got up to 102?! Stay cool....
