I keep checking in on u. Hope the foot comes around quickly. Have u tried one leg heel drops off a step?

Thanks for keeping tabs on me Bob. Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on. 16 years of running and I've never had foot pain like this. It's not plantar fasciitis I don't think, but who knows. The pain isn't in the arch, but rather along the side of the bottom of my foot. I can't find much (anything) online about it. Incredible pain in my first steps each morning. Gets tight with lots if sitting and the first steps kill. By the end of the day, it's painful just to wiggle my toes and bend my foot. Strange...
