3 loops around the golf course this morning.  Each one was slightly faster than the previous.  I didn't push for this to happen--it just did.  I felt really good.  Maybe I finally have Eugene behind me.

Hopefully I can get a run in tomorrow.  It's off to Portland tonight after work, so not getting there until just before midnight, then it's awake and to the hospital by 6:30.  Ugh.

You don't run ON the golf path do you? Public course? We've got the Snoqualmie TPC here and it's a big no-no to run on the course.

Nice run today. Glad your legs are coming back. Mine too.

Going to hospital? :( Take care.

Two more weeks makes a world of difference, at least for me. I think if you run another marathon within a month you don't really need to put in another run over 15. Looks like you are already ready to go. :)

Nope, I don't run on the golf course itself. Not even the cart paths. The roads around the entire golf course make a perfect 5-mile loop with rolling hills.

And thanks for the well-wishes about the hospital. My son had some issues when he was born and has to go in for check-ups every few months. Everything went well so no worries!

Woops! That was me writing, answering you Snoqualmie. :) You'd think I'd learn...

Hahaha - I was wondering why I didn't see an email notification. Guess that was because "I" wrote it. But hang around your blog enough to have noticed. :)

Good - you won't get beaned in the head by the early morning golfers. I happen to know they hit the margaritas by Hole #3.
