I am glad you are feeling better. My quad is still killing me, but it does seem to be getting better every day. I don't think I could do the foam roller yet on it! Doesn't running 2 miles feel funny?? it is hard, yet so short!

How's the quad now? I'm near 100% but I'm going to try and hold off through the weekend to make sure I'm fully recovered.

My left leg is almost 100%, my right quad is still a little (ok a lot) tight. But I can foam roll on it now. I still have a down week next week (alternating 20-30` runs with days off) - but will get back to 60` runs the week after that.
