I enjoyed the pool enough on Tuesday (and it was 2 degrees when I got up this morning) that I thought I'd go back. I "ran" the pool length 28 times and swam the length 10 times in 50:40. I had a good time once again.
Dave, I'm loving the pool workouts. I had never really tried it, but so far, so good. You can get a great workout, and the following day your legs feel fine. I'm going to try and keep going at least once a week.
Ryan, Spring can't come soon enough. Problem is, in Cedar anyway, that just means high winds every day!
