AM: 10 miles in Grants Pass.
PM: 12 miles in Coos Bay. I ran 4 miles for a warm up before arriving at the HS track. Decided to mix things up and ran 4x800, 2x400, 1x200 with a 400 meter jog between each. Too much rest but that's ok. Splits were 2:26, 2:23, 2:22, 2:20, 67, 64, 30. Jogged a bit more and talked with the HS track coach and then left the track and ran 4 more miles for a cool down. My form sure felt sloppy on the repeats so I'm glad I'm not a track guy anymore. |
