3 easy miles to warm up, followed by an 8 mile tempo and 1 mile cool down. The workout wasn't great this morning. I woke up to February and finished my last 3 miles in snow and wind. I couldn't feel my hands/fingers/legs/etc. You get the idea. Where did April go? I ran the WalMart Loop again, hoping to get the same as last weeks time (5:45/mile average), but it didn't happen.
