First run in these shoes since May. Ouch. I forgot how much they hurt my achilles if I don't slowly break them in.
Ran to the frontage road along 14 until the apartments, then came back. Still icy but rains are coming tonight, thankfully.
Slept like junk so it was a battle to get up early before work. Wish I had time for a bit more.

Ran past UHS to Lacamas Trail, then out and back (7 miles) and back home. Try enjoyable being in the trails again.
