Merry Christmas! Ran 6 miles around MVHS after candy for breakfast and opening gifts.
7 miles in the rain on Lacamas Trail.
5 miles to 164th and 192nd. Right hamstring is tight. The final 2 months of 2019 have been rough. Ever since the race, I just haven't felt right. Something always seems to be tight and running isn't as smooth/easy as it has always been.
