Rest. Feeling suprisingly good!
Lots of walking tonight in Boise. Had to jog through a couple intersections to avoid traffic and legs felt good. No way will I run for a few more days, but still shocked at how good I feel. I ate a Chip cookie tonight--it was amazing. :)
Stretching and foam roller. Maybe a small jog tomorrow?
1 mile around the neighborhood. Legs feel good walking and on stairs, but running is too much. I'll rest the remainder of the week and try again Monday.
