Ran to Union HS and back. Best I've felt since te middle if September. Not 100% but maybe 75%. And I'm now slow...
Loop around the east roads behind Mio Sushi.
Similar loop to yesterday. Felt even better today. Hip pain gone for good?
Fred Meyer, movie theater, Big Al's. I think I over stretched yesterday so my hip felt funny, but when I ran everything felt fine.
Around the neighborhood. I'll try for 6-7 miles tomorrow to test the hip a bit more.
Ran to highway 14 on 164th, then north to Fred Meyer and Big Al's, then home. Longest I've ran in 8 weeks. Felt decent in the hip. No pain, but just tight and 'funny.'
