Back on the horse, so to speak.  Awesome weather this morning--can't beat fall in Oregon.  I ran to the HS and ran 1 mile around the track, then home.

AM: 10 miles in GP.

PM: 8 miles in Eugene.  I ran into Springfield, then back past Autzen and to Pure for some sushi for dinner.  Then I watched the election results.  The run was good.  The food was good.  The results were....

AM: 9 miles on Pre's Trail.  Crisp morning but I warmed up eventually.  Pre's Trail is soft.  Covered in fall leaves it feels even softer.  Love it.

PM: 6 miles from the hotel to the mall, looped around towards Sheldon HS and then to Cafe Yumm for dinner and then back to the hotel.

8 miles inside this morning.  I just wasn't prepared to run outside in the cold Eugene morning.  But that's ok because I was able to watch Top Gun while I ran.  Talk about a blast from the past.  Haven't seen that show in at least 20 years.  Side note--Tom Cruise is a horrible actor.

10 miles with my Dad in GP.  We ran west to the college and then looped around towards Schroeder Park and then home.  Great company, as always.  Very cold this morning.  First time I had to wear a long sleeve and beanie.  Not bad to make it to the 9th of November before needing to bundle up.
