Ran to 164th, then north to Mill Plain, and home. Early before meetings in Salem all day.
Similar route to yesterday, with most of it ran through Fisher's Landing. Another early morning and long day of meetings in Salem.
My running had been horrible for two months now. Hoping a new month helps me get back on track.
Ran a big loop around the Wells, the south elementary, Grass Valley elementary, then around some million dollar homes on Lacamas Lake. Finally home around Union HS and Costco. Finally put 1.000 miles on a single pair of shoes.
