Bike for 8 miles in Central Point, Oregon

Roseburg, Oregon with Jason. I went to the High School and did some speed on their track. The lower elevation (500 ft) made the speed too easy. I wanted to do 8x800 with 400m job between each, but I only got in 7 before the football coach kicked me off for practice. This school was amazing. Seemed more like a college than I high school. Anyway, splits were:

1 mile easy, 5 mile tempo in Central Point, Oregon.  It was a good run.  My left leg has felt fine the last couple days.  I can easily feel the lower elevation.  It makes for some good speed.

My last run in Oregon!  It was a tough one with many hills.  Gatorade @ 2, 4, 6, 12.  Water and powergel @ 10.  No cramps.  Whole bagel and banana 30 minutes before running and no side-effects.  I feel awesome.  I can't wait for the marathon!
