1 mile easy, 3 mile tempo, 1 mile easy.  It was windy and hilly so the times were a little slower than I wanted.  Oh well.

Awesome run!  My left leg hurt for the first 4 miles, then I felt great the rest of the run.  1/2 bagel and 1/2 banana 30 minutes before the run and felt fine.  Water and Gatorade @ 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13.  No cramps, so I'm adjusting fine.  Marathon 40 days away!
