More sore today than yesterday...
Giving it one more day... Planning on a short jog Wednesday.
To the middle school track and home. Felt good for 3 miles, then my hip flared up the last bit.
Neighborhood.
Timbers and north to Evergreen HS, then home via Dog Oark and Mill Plain. Miles 11 & 12 were 5:35 and 5:28. Felt like my lungs were going to explode. I'm out of shape... Final 2.5 miles with Ryan as he rode his bike.
