9 miles around Dallas, TX. I usually have a great sense of direction, even in a brand new city. Not so much today. Got all sorts of lost/turned around. Luckily I stumbled upon the hotel at 9 miles and I wasn't late for meetings.
Just over 11 miles in Dallas. Ran past SMU to In n Out Burger, then back to the hotel. Feels like I strained my right calf. I had to walk/jog/hobble back. Not pleasant...
We stayed in Lake O last night and I was planning on running in my old stomping grounds this morning (Tualatin area). Change of plans and instead I had Andrea drop me off at the Fred Meyer just after crossing into Washington off of I-5. Ran home from there, mostly on Mill Plain. Felt good and the weather was great; t-shirt and no gloves.
