Pretty frustrating.  My legs still feel shot.  I was able to slowly run around the hospital and Albertsons but if I tried to pick up the pace at all, my left quad quickly disagreed with the change.  I'll just keep it easy all week and hope to work out the issues.

i'm having a bunch of issues as well (still). i took all of last week off and i'm still feeling beat up. it looks like this week is going better for you though. just keep taking it easy...

Yeah, it's pretty frustrating. 99% of my body feels great (and felt that way on Wednesday of last week) but my left quad still feels strained. Only when I run though. Walking, sitting, standing up, etc it feels fine. Who knows?
