Lacamas Trails. Goal was to run for 2.5 hours and not be concerned about distance. Started in downtown Camas so 1.3 miles uphill to start and then just made a ton of loops and zigzags around the area for the next couple of hours. Hi at mile 6 and 12 and a few sips of water at 7 and 13. Felt great. The last few miles were a blast and I wanted to keep running but obligations at home forced me to quit. Total of 2,000 feet elevation gain & loss and total time running was 2:42. Had fun and felt like I could keep going, so that’s a good sign.
